Refund policy
We have a limited return policy, which means we do not accept returns via our website. However, new (unused/unworn) clothing items may be exchanged for a similar item in-store within 7 days of purchase. Meaning, any request for return or exchange must occur in person at our San Luis Obispo store within 7 calendar days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at fwrappers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we can arrange to meet you in our San Luis Obispo store location. Items brought to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal pleasure items such as toys, lotions, or lubes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to our San Luis Obispo store.
Refunds
If we accept an item for return, we will notify you in-store once we’ve inspected your return. You will help you select a comparable item for in-store exchange.
